Fundraisers

In order to supplement tuition income, finance our scholarship, Teacher tuition reimbursement and Teacher retirement programs, there are several Fund raisers held throughout the year. These events are vital to the success of our program and all families are encouraged to participate at whatever level their budget allows.

Fall Carnival is a child-centered day of games, food and entertainment. Each class group sponsors a booth.

Sally Foster Wrapping Paper Sale: 50% of the proceeds of the sale of gift paper, cards and canned gifts come back to the School.

Spring Benefit is an adults only evening filled with excitement around a Silent Auction, a raffle and entertainment. Benefit is our primary fund raiser.

Pizza Lunch is sponsored by each class once a year, these special lunches fund the purchase of unbudgeted materials determined by the individual teacher. Pizza Lunches are held approximately two times each month.

Fundraising Opt-Out

Some families would rather not participate in any fundraising activities and yet are interested in financially supporting our School. The Opt-Out program allows a family to contribute a set amount in a one-time payment or on a monthly basis. Those families who Opt-Out are not expected to sell raffle tickets, wrapping paper or participate in other fundraisers, but it is hoped they will still choose to support their child’s classroom at Pizza Lunch, Benefit and Carnival.
